The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively safeguarding the premises, including patrolling various locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently, our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers. We are driven by a clear corporate culture and purpose, aiming to protect our client’s identity, property, and community, ensuring the protection of society.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a current Level 3 Security Guard Card in the State of New Mexico.
  • Must have your own firearm (semi-auto, 9mm, .45 cal, or .40 cal) to carry on the job.
  • Must have experience as an Armed Security Officer.
  • Ability to obtain security certification according to the State of New Mexico.
  • Ability to pass drug screen.
  • Ability to pass background check.
  • E-Verification Approval.
  • Completion of on-boarding process.
  • Approval and interview with assigned site manager.
  • Completion of on-the-job training and all other site-specific training.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring and patrolling premises.
  • Preserve order and enforce regulations and directives for client sites.
  • Provide customer service and information to clients' employees and customers.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
