About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum of one year in a staffing/recruiting position.
• Proficiency with email and MS Office required.
• Professional experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of general healthcare staffing requirements.
• Team player with excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Adaptable in different situations.
• Possess excellent client interaction skills.
• Able to multi-task and work independently.
• Experience using telephones with multiple lines, multi-tasking on several calls, and maintaining professionalism and patience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with Wellsky software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Select, schedule, and coordinate caregivers based on assessment and care plan information for new and existing clients, maintaining appropriate gross profit margin for each case.
• Maintain all caregiver scheduling and respond to scheduling conflicts, emergencies, and call-outs, ensuring the schedule is complete for the next business day/weekend before leaving.
• Track and record instances of assignment refusals, call-outs, late arrivals, early departures, etc., in Clear Care and share this information regularly.
• Accept on-call duty averaging two weeks per month as directed.
• Communicate with the team to ensure adequate staffing levels for scheduling.
• Assist in keeping caregiver files up to date, tracking licensing and insurance expirations in Wellsky scheduling software, and collecting new documents when necessary.
• Audit hours worked regularly to ensure they match scheduled hours.
• Perform other duties as needed.
