About The Position

The Senior .NET Application Developer will develop and maintain web-based applications for a New York State government agency. The role involves .NET technologies, C# and/or .NET n-tier web deployment, Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, Oracle PL/SQL, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Salesforce. The developer will interpret business requirements and implement application logic to meet them. The work also includes maintaining applications containing health care data subject to HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI) requirements. This is a 30-month engagement based in Albany, New York, with onsite work required from day one. The stated pay rate is $62.50 per hour C2C.

Requirements

  • At least 12 years of experience with .NET technologies.
  • At least 7 years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate.
  • At least 7 years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
  • At least 4 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Salesforce.
  • At least 7 years of experience developing web-based applications using C# and/or .NET for n-tier web deployment.
  • At least 7 years of experience developing and maintaining applications using Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate.
  • At least 7 years of experience with Oracle database design and PL/SQL coding, including stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, and table creation.
  • At least 7 years of experience interpreting and analyzing business requirements and implementing application logic to meet them.
  • At least 4 years of experience developing and managing custom applications using Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce.
  • At least 2 years of experience coding and maintaining applications containing health care data subject to HIPAA PHI requirements.
  • Must work onsite in Albany, New York, starting on day one.

Responsibilities

  • Develop web-based applications using C# and/or .NET for n-tier web deployment.
  • Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate.
  • Design Oracle databases and write PL/SQL code, including stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, and tables.
  • Interpret and analyze business requirements and implement the corresponding logic in application code.
  • Develop and manage custom applications using Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce.
  • Code and maintain applications containing health care data subject to HIPAA PHI requirements.
