Senior Salesforce Administrator (Revenue Operations)

About The Position

As a Salesforce Administrator on our Revenue Operations team, you will own and evolve our Salesforce platform and broader Revenue Systems ecosystem including Salesforce CPQ, integrations, and connected GTM tech stack. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Client Success to design, implement, and support scalable, business‑driven solutions that enable efficient quote‑to‑cash and revenue workflows. At the Senior level, this role serves as a platform and solution owner, leading CPQ architecture, advanced automation, integrations, release management, and cross‑functional prioritization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or business-related field.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification required.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Experience supporting system integrations.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, reporting, security model, etc).
  • Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
  • Ability to problem solve in complex and ambiguous scenarios.
  • Knowledge of importing data and generating reports.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Revenue Operations, CPQ, or Quote-to-Cash processes is strongly preferred but not required.
  • Experience in Revenue Operations or supporting GTM teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Quote-to-Cash processes.
  • Familiarity with product catalog management, pricing models, and deal workflows.
  • Exposure to tools such as Marketo, LeanData, Conga, or Ironclad.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Owns Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flows, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports and more.
  • Manages all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, installed package licenses, public groups and more.
  • Performs ongoing data quality and database maintenance, including diagnostics, duplicate entry cleansing, and hygiene best practices.
  • Improves and maintains the overall health, performance, and usability of the Salesforce environment.
  • Owns Salesforce CPQ configuration and architecture, including: Product catalog and product modeling, Pricing rules, discount schedules, and approvals, Bundles, nested bundles, and guided selling, Quote-to-Cash workflows and deal execution.
  • Partners with Revenue Operations and Finance to align CPQ solutions with evolving business and pricing strategies.
  • Configures and administers Salesforce to support complex environments and integrations with other systems.
  • Owns integrations between Salesforce and GTM systems, including but not limited to: ZoomInfo, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Marketo, LeanData, Ironclad, Conga and others.
  • Ensures integrations are reliable, scalable, and aligned with data governance and security best practices.
  • Stays current on Salesforce releases and evaluates new features for business impact. Partners with Salesforce Developer(s) to ensure system maintenance is up to date and best practices are followed.
  • Owns intake, prioritization, and delivery of Salesforce and Revenue Systems requests.
  • Communicates clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, explaining design options, trade‑offs, and impacts.
  • Partners closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Client Success to deliver scalable, business‑driven solutions.
  • Documents system processes, changes, and error tracking, including updates to field history and configuration logs.
  • Drives user adoption through documentation, training materials, and enablement sessions.
  • Designs and implements complex automations and scalable solutions using Flow.
  • Identifies and leads initiatives to reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and enhance user experience across revenue workflows.
