About The Position
The team at WOW! mobile boutique is passionate about providing the best-in-class wireless retail experience - focusing on excellence in every aspect of our business. We focus on a personalized customer experience, providing solutions from Canadaâs top wireless carriers, TELUS, Rogers, Koodo, Fido and Chatr. Our exceptional line-up of wireless carriers, latest devices and a wide-array of accessories means we can offer an unbiased solution as unique as our customers. Our team makes an impact every day by offering quality advice to customers across Canada â making WOW! mobile boutique Canadaâs premiere wireless retailer.
Requirements
- 20-25hr/week availability
- To initiate conversations with mall traffic
- To change and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Be your genuine self
- Approach each customer in a unique and personalized way
- Invested in personal and professional growth and development
- Open to feedback and coaching
- Customer-facing experience in retail or hospitality using a point-of-sale system
- Available to work during mall hours including evenings and weekends
Nice To Haves
- Wireless retail experience or commission sales experience is an asset
Responsibilities
- Actively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of our sales process.
- Consistently network, creating and maintaining a list of prospective clients using our CRM tool
- Generate hype and awareness within a mall environment by being an ambassador for WOW! and the brands we represent
- Deliver on our brand promise by offering personalized, unbiased, advice.
- Consistently achieve all key business metrics
- Offer a best-in-class customer experience
- Participate in documented coaching conversations
- Responsible for inventory management receiving, signing, and securing inventory
- Follow merchandising and daily store cleanliness standards
- Complete daily operations tasks, such as opening & closing the kiosk
- Complete all required training modules and tasks
- Stay current on promotions, products, services and policies
- Follow our policies and procedures and maintain a high level of integrity
- Managing cash, point of sale and inventory systems
- Available to work during mall hours (evenings and weekends) based on operational needs
- Manage multiple priorities with a demonstrated sense of urgency
- Ability to easily adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
