Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years in sales, sales support, customer success, business development, or enablement.
- Exposure to sales processes and a sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC).
- Eagerness to learn enablement and coaching fundamentals.
- Comfort with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and content tools.
- Openness to conversation-intelligence and role-play / enablement tools.
- Comfortable reading and interpreting basic business performance data (pipeline, attainment, win rate, ramp) to support reporting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Eager, open to feedback, and team-oriented.
- Takes initiative with support and mentorship and is eager to grow into a full Sales Enablement Manager role.
- Proficient with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude to synthesize data and to create and deliver enablement content.
- Comfort using (or willingness to learn) AI role-play and simulation tools to support seller practice.
- Basic ability to use conversation-intelligence (AI call analysis) to help spot coaching opportunities.
- Awareness of responsible, human-in-the-loop use of AI.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with the ARR lifecycle.
- Experience supporting or delivering training / enablement sessions.
- Experience collaborating with RevOps, marketing, or product teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of enablement initiatives for assigned segments, coordinating sessions, logistics, and follow-up under the direction of senior team members.
- Build and adapt enablement content from the Enablement Team’s frameworks, using AI tools to draft, synthesize, and package materials for Account Executives (AEs).
- Help set up and run role-play practice and readiness activities, and assist AEs in preparing for accreditation to their coverage tier.
- Collect and report basic enablement metrics (attendance, participation, adoption) and read basic business performance data to support the team’s reporting.
- Participate in planning and feedback loops, gathering input from AEs and the field and sharing it with stakeholders and the Enablement Team.
- Collaborate with the enablement team and internal stakeholders on program delivery, taking initiative with support and mentorship.
