Respiratory Manager Jobs

The Manager, Respiratory Therapy Ambulatory leads the team in optimizing the effectiveness, efficiency, and safety of therapeutic procedures and techniques used by Respiratory Care personnel to support optimal patient care. The role maintains compliance across respiratory therapy labs and ensures effective use of financial resources. The manager oversees all Ambulatory Respiratory Therapy Lab locations and coordinates scheduling, staff development, coaching, and performance evaluations. The position monitors expenses against budget, orders supplies, and serves as a liaison with vendors for capital purchases and equipment maintenance. Additional duties may be assigned. The role requires advanced expertise in respiratory therapeutic procedures, along with intermediate capabilities in leadership, compliance, people management, and operations planning. The position applies professional and technical knowledge and basic management knowledge to lead a complex department, implement plans, and manage team work.
