Responsibilities
- Build authentic relationships with business owners, referral partners, and industry leaders.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, conferences, and speaking engagements.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients and referral partners.
- Create new opportunities through networking, introductions, and strategic partnerships.
- Manage and organize the CRM to ensure every relationship receives consistent follow-through.
- Coordinate pre-event and post-event communication.
- Partner closely with leadership to support client growth and retention.
- Eventually coach a small portfolio of clients using the company's proven coaching framework (training provided).
