About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in healthcare setting
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Completes various duties to enhance the efficiency of the Case Management Department.
• Supports the daily functions of the case managers.
• Assists in securing arrangements for the discharge transition and post-acute services.
• Serves as the liaison between the Case Management Department, payers, and additional entities.
