About The Position

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), working as a Patient Care Technician (PCT), supports Registered Nurses as part of a collaborative nursing team at CarePartners Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital. The role provides hands-on, non-medicated patient care and helps maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Duties include supporting patients with daily needs, monitoring and carrying out care plans in coordination with RNs, and helping restore comfort and dignity through attention, empathy, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of the employment start date.
• No experience required.
• No travel required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient preparation, mobility, transfers, and comfort to support care and recovery.
• Provide non-medicated care, including dressing changes, skin protection, and use of supportive devices.
• Keep patient areas and common spaces clean, organized, and stocked.
• Manage supplies, equipment, and logs to support infection control and team readiness.
• Communicate kindly with patients, families, and the care team to support safety and quality.
