About The Position
Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a compassionate, licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality hospice geriatric therapy in patients’ homes and assisted living facilities in the The Villages, Florida area. The role focuses on helping residents maintain independence and age in place. This is a PRN, as-needed position in which therapists choose the visits they are available to accept. Pay is $65 per four-unit treatment.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Active Florida PTA license.
Nice To Haves
- Two years of clinical experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care.
- Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team.
- Complete accurate, timely documentation.
