About The Position

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a compassionate, licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide outpatient therapy in patients’ homes and Assisted Living Facilities in the Orlando, Florida area. The role focuses on high-quality geriatric therapy to help residents maintain independence and age in place. The position is PRN, with therapists accepting visits that fit their availability. Pay is $65 per four-unit Hospice treatment and $50 per five-unit Part B treatment.

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Florida PTA license.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of clinical experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care.
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team.
