About The Position
The emergency departments at ChristianaCare’s Christiana Hospital, Wilmington Hospital, Union Hospital, and the free-standing emergency department in Middletown, Delaware treat a combined total of more than 225,000 patients each year. Union Hospital Emergency Department on the Cecil Campus is a 27-bed Emergency Department in Cecil County, Maryland. ChristianaCare, Union Hospital is committed to ensuring patients receive the highest quality of care. The Union Hospital Emergency Department is seeking nurses who thrive in a fast-paced environment with a thirst for knowledge to work in a community-based Emergency Department. The successful candidate must be comfortable caring for all ages and populations. This position is for a part-time midnight shift.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Maryland or compact state
- Associates Nursing Degree
- Two years experience required
- BLS certification required
- ACLS and PALS must get within 1 year of service
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred
- Acute Care experience preferred
- ACLS and PALS preferred (initially)
- CEN preferred
