About The Position

Saint Alphonsus Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Neuro Surgical Trauma (NeST) ICU team at its Level II Trauma Center in Boise, Idaho. The position is located at the Regional Medical Center off I-184 and Curtis Road. The NeST ICU is Idaho’s first and only unit of its kind, with 18 critical care beds, serving patients who need intensive care for neurological, surgical, or traumatic injuries and illnesses. Nurses work in a state-of-the-art unit with advanced technology and equipment, alongside the state’s only board-certified, fellowship-trained neurocritical care doctors. The work includes caring for cases such as multi-trauma, spinal cord injuries, subarachnoid hemorrhage, new-onset seizures, and stroke. The role offers experience at a Level II Trauma Center and Level I Comprehensive Stroke Center, as well as opportunities to develop expertise in a high-acuity critical care environment. Requirements

Idaho or multistate RN license; if applicable, Idaho residency must be established within six months.
BLS certification.
ACLS and PALS certifications required within designated timelines.

Responsibilities
