About The Position

Requirements

• Nursing diploma or an associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Currently licensed or registered in the applicable state.
• Maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• Obtain CPR certification upon hire or during orientation and keep it current throughout employment.
• Use reasoning skills and good judgment.

Nice To Haves

• One year of skilled nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact.
• Provide care and services to support patients in attaining or maintaining their highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment.
• Revise care plans based on changes in a patient's condition.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
• Implement and interpret department programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude toward patients.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
