About The Position

Memorial Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide preoperative patient care in its 22-bed ASU/Preop/PMC unit on the first floor. The unit cares for patients preparing for general surgery, bariatric surgery, orthopedic procedures, and urological procedures. Nurses work alongside CNAs and unit secretaries and use advanced monitoring technology to support high-quality care and optimal patient outcomes. The role involves using specialized plan-of-care interventions and helping shape exceptional patient experiences.

Requirements

• Current state RN license.
• Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience preferred.
