About The Position
Pawtucket Falls Healthcare Center is seeking a dependable and professional Full-Time Receptionist to join their team at their skilled nursing facility. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff, and plays a key role in maintaining a welcoming and organized environment.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
Nice To Haves
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus)
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper sign-in/sign-out procedures
- Handle incoming mail and deliveries
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Assist with general office tasks as needed
