About The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of outgoing material and supporting Customer relationships. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement projects while staying updated on industry standards and best practices to enhance quality systems. Our Solar business delivers industry leading, U.S.-made solar components. We manufacture hyper-pure polysilicon, high-quality solar wafers, and innovative photovoltaic modules, leveraging our leadership in advanced manufacturing to serve growing energy demand. You will be a part of advancing critical U.S. supply chains and delivering unmatched quality and reliability to customers.

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control/assurance, preferably in solar or electronics manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, and MSA.
  • Familiarity with ISO9001 and photovoltaic manufacturing standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MES software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor non-standard processes to identify and address deviations or non-conformities.
  • Assist with Customer audits and data requests.
  • Investigate customer complaints and coordinate with relevant teams to determine root causes and corrective actions.
  • Track and report on the implementation of improvement measures to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Assist with internal and external quality audits, including ISO9001 and customer-specific certifications.
  • Ensure all processes meet the required standards and prepare for customer factory inspections.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.
  • Maintain accurate quality records, including inspection reports, audit findings, and corrective action plans.
  • Update and revise quality documentation as needed to reflect process or product changes.
  • Provide quality training for production teams to improve awareness and adherence to quality standards.
