About The Position

Requirements

• Project management skills and ambition to push for large scope change.
• Strong communication skills with ability to lead cross-functional projects successfully through influence and collaboration.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to pivot to meet business needs while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of SSG products, our customer base, and our position in the market.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in consumer product companies.

Responsibilities

• Works with cross-functional departments and teams to create product lifecycle processes and reporting tools with a focus on growth and profitability of SSG Product Categories.
• Identifies issues and gaps in existing processes and tools.
• Research best practice alternatives to resolve issues and develop proposed solutions.
• Builds strong relationships with product managers, inventory management, sales and demand planning, and operations teams to ensure process improvements and tools are clearly understood and supported.
• Works with technical resources to develop data-driven solutions.
• Monitors progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and ensure they are communicated effectively to various stakeholders.
• Supports cross-functional department budgets and headcount impacted by approved changes to product lifecycle processes.
