About The Position
Join a well-funded startup focused on revolutionizing the creator economy with a consumer-facing decentralized application (dApp). As a Lead Product Designer, you will manage the design team and spearhead UX strategy to enhance user experience in the Web3 space.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in design, with a focus on UX/UI.
- Deep knowledge and proven experience with Web3 onboarding processes.
- 3-4 years of experience in blockchain dApp development with a focus on community and growth.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a design team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design team to develop innovative solutions for the creator economy.
- Develop and implement UX strategies to improve user engagement and onboarding in the Web3 environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design objectives with company goals.
- Conduct user research and use insights to inform design decisions.
