About The Position
This role is for a 3rd Shift Press Brake/Laser Operator. The position is located in Martin, TN. The operator will be responsible for setting up and running production jobs using press brake and laser equipment, executing programs on the laser, and operating press brakes efficiently. The role requires understanding and ensuring the safe operation of all assigned equipment, maintaining quality and production standards in compliance with ISO and company procedures, and using precise measuring tools to verify part quality. The operator should proactively highlight concerns and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
- High School Graduate.
- Demonstrated understanding of press brake and laser equipment operation.
- Skilled at running both press brake and laser equipment.
- Proficient in using precise measuring tools.
- Ability to ensure the quality of parts produced.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to interact with others.
- Knowledge of ISO Standards.
- Effective communication and good written skills.
Responsibilities
