About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Durma and/or Cincinnati CNC Press Brake Operator to join the manufacturing team on the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. The operator sets up, operates, and maintains press brake machines to produce high-quality metal components according to specifications. The role requires attention to detail, precision, and a strong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience operating Durma and/or Cincinnati CNC press brake machines.
• Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
• Knowledge of precision measuring instruments for quality control.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• English language proficiency.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with hand tools, laser cutting, plasma cutting, and CNC operations.
• Understanding of GD&T principles for interpreting complex designs.
• Spanish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate Durma and Cincinnati press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal components according to design specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
• Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance on press brake machines.
• Assemble components as needed and meet quality standards throughout the process.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety protocols.
