About The Position

Roto-Rooter is hiring an Apprentice Plumber to provide plumbing and drain solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. The role includes diagnosing plumbing issues, providing cost estimates, completing necessary repairs, documenting estimates and invoices in writing and on a provided smartphone, and collecting payment. No prior plumbing experience is necessary. New technicians receive 12 weeks of paid initial training and continued instruction through the company’s plumbing school, with guidance through the plumber licensing process. First-year service technicians can expect to earn an average of $55,000, with pay increasing with experience.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Mechanical aptitude is desirable.
  • Prior plumbing experience is not necessary.
