About The Position

Roto-Rooter is hiring plumbing apprentices/service technicians to diagnose and resolve plumbing and drain issues while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes diagnosing service-call issues, providing cost estimates, completing necessary repairs, documenting estimates and invoices in writing and on a provided smartphone, and collecting payment before proceeding to the next call.

First-year service technicians can expect average earnings of $55,000–$75,000, with pay increasing as experience grows. The company provides 12 weeks of paid initial training and ongoing training through its plumbing school, and guides apprentices through the plumber licensing process. Prior plumbing experience is not necessary.
