About The Position
Roto-Rooter is hiring an Apprentice Plumber to provide plumbing and drain services and solutions while building skills through paid training. First-year service technicians can expect to earn $55,000 on average, with pay increasing quickly with experience. The company provides 12 weeks of initial paid training, ongoing training through its plumbing school, and guidance through the plumber licensing process.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Mechanical aptitude is desirable.
- Prior plumbing experience is not necessary.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose plumbing and drain issues and offer cost estimates to customers.
- Make necessary repairs for customers.
- Document estimates and invoices in writing and on a provided smartphone.
- Collect payment and proceed to the next service call.
- Provide effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
