About The Position

Requirements

• Complete an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program and hold national certification.
• Within the past five years, have at least two years of outpatient primary care experience seeing patients of all ages (0+); or have at least one year of such experience coupled with either a one-year primary care fellowship or at least one year in an urgent care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+).
• Obtain a Washington state license by the One Medical start date.
• Demonstrate clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care.
• Communicate effectively with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds.
• Effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery.
• Be open to feedback and reflection, navigate uncertain situations confidently, and adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers and conduct occasional telehealth visits.
• Participate in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams.
• Use clinical training and perform in-office procedures.
