About The Position

Advanced Pain Care is recruiting a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for its Bastrop clinic. The NP or PA is a licensed independent specialist and member of the professional team responsible for managing and coordinating health care for pain management patients. The role follows applicable state and federal rules, regulations, and standards of care, including assessing health status, diagnosing, developing and implementing care and treatment plans, and evaluating patient status. Compensation includes a base salary and monthly bonus program, with a stated salary range of $110,000–$120,000 per year. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D coverage; retirement benefits; holiday pay; PTO; and supplemental options. Additional benefits for mid-level providers include CME days and an annual CME allowance, professional liability coverage, license renewal, and reimbursement of professional membership dues.

Requirements

Degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
Texas NP or PA license; the posting also specifies a Texas APRN or PA license.
Texas Medical Board certification.
DEA license.
NPI number.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) provider cards.
Strong computer skills and ability to navigate an Electronic Medical Record effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively.
Ability to think independently and make sound decisions.
Master’s degree required.
