About The Position

Requirements

• Active Colorado NP or PA license in good standing with no disciplinary actions.
• Current DEA license – REQUIRED
• Ability to complete 10 consecutive training days, Monday through Friday, following clinical hours.
• Strong clinical judgment and medical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish rapport and build lasting relationships with patients.
• Comfortable explaining medical conditions, treatment options, and care plans in easy-to-understand terms.
• Strong teamwork and a patient-first mindset.
• Must be available to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month. In months with five Saturdays, providers are required to work three Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, personalized care to patients receiving hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness services.
• Manage patient care related to weight management, sleep apnea management, hypertension, low libido, and other wellness-focused treatments.
• Work closely with a physician medical director and Center Director.
• Provide an exceptional patient experience.
• Communicate complex medical information in a clear and approachable way.
