About The Position

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS required
• Knowledge of body mechanics and basic safety, principles of physical care and comfort
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns

Nice To Haves

• Medical terminology training preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous direct observation and surveillance for assigned patients with known or suspected suicidal symptoms or exhibiting symptoms of emotional illness that has been determined by a physician to be at risk for suicide.
• Provide continuous direct observation and surveillance for patients that are at high risk for falls and injury.
