About The Position
Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Parts Coordinator for its Service Center in Wesley Chapel. The role inspects, verifies, and distributes parts to workstations and confirms their arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The coordinator follows Caliber and OEM guidelines while using the company’s equipment. The position involves consistent physical activity, including reaching above and below shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 pounds. The coordinator must understand written and verbal instructions, estimates, and work orders, and be able to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience completing orders.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without restrictions.
- Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching above and below shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 pounds.
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

- Vendor management experience is preferred.
