About The Position

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for an Auto Parts Coordinator at its Service Center on Broadway Drive in Hattiesburg. The coordinator inspects, verifies, and distributes parts to workstations and confirms parts arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The role follows Caliber and OEM standards and uses the company’s state-of-the-art equipment.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without restrictions. Caliber uses E-Verify to confirm the identity and employment eligibility of new hires and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience completing orders.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 pounds.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Vendor management experience preferred.
