Auto Parts Coordinator
About The Position
Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Parts Coordinator for its Service Center in Ladson. The role involves inspecting, verifying, and distributing parts to workstations and confirming their arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The Parts Coordinator follows Caliber and OEM guidelines and uses state-of-the-art equipment. The position is based in a production shop and provides hands-on experience. The role requires physical activity, including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 pounds, as well as the ability to understand instructions and manage competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience completing orders.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
- Ability to reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50 pounds.
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

- Vendor management experience preferred.
