About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum one (1) year of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
• Experience with landscaping, irrigation, planting, and general grounds maintenance practices
• Proficiency using landscaping equipment and tools, including hand tools, powered hand tools, lawn mowers, and moving equipment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain turf and landscaping to high aesthetic standards
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding outdoor work
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work in varying weather conditions
• Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing a professional and welcoming environment

Nice To Haves

• Golf course or greens maintenance experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate landscaping and grounds maintenance equipment
• Maintain facility grounds, greens, and surrounding areas
• Mowing, trimming, planting, irrigation support, landscape maintenance, fertilization, and general groundskeeping activities
• Assist with golf ball picking, cleaning, and sorting operations
• Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment
• Support facility setup for special events and special projects
