About The Position
Pioneer Human Services is hiring a CNC Mills Operator II to operate milling machines and support its mission of empowering justice-involved individuals. The role sets up, operates, or tends milling machines to mill, shape, groove, or profile metal workpieces. The operator reads blueprints, drawings, and diagrams to ensure customer specifications are met, performs machine programming, and trains new employees. The position is safety-sensitive and subject to pre-employment and during-employment drug testing, including testing for marijuana.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–3 years of experience operating machinery.
- Knowledge of reading and understanding blueprints, drawings, and customer specifications.
- Experience working with tight tolerances.
Nice To Haves
- Experience on Mazak machines.
