About The Position

Requirements

• At least 6 months of continuous work history within the past 2 years.
• Willingness and ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• LOTO certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the box maker to produce boxes for production lines.
• Perform changeovers to switch box styles as needed.
• Monitor and refill the box maker magazine to prevent box shortages.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance; LOTO certification is required.
• Maintain packaging inventory across all departments, including departments that do not use the box-making machine directly.
• Review the daily production schedule and ensure materials are prepared and available in advance.
• Perform weekly and monthly packaging inventory counts.
• Organize and maintain orderly storage of packaging supplies and materials.
• Communicate inventory needs proactively and promptly to the Production Planner.
• Coordinate with production to ensure packaging materials are available when needed and avoid downtime.
• Support the Box Room with additional duties as time allows.
• Practice workplace safety.
