About The Position
Springfield Remanufacturing Corp. (SRC) is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join their team. This role is crucial for producing high-quality products essential for the assembly line and direct customer sales. Requirements
- Ability to set up machines, including installing and aligning tooling attachments, fixtures, and workpieces.
- Proficiency in operating machines safely, utilizing machine guards and protective gear.
- Commitment to producing top-quality products that meet specifications and deadlines.
- Attention to detail in completing paperwork and reporting tool condition.
- Understanding and adherence to safety rules and work instructions.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with The Great Game of Business principles.
- Familiarity with open-book management practices.
Responsibilities
- Safely install and align tooling attachments, fixtures, and workpieces on machines.
- Follow safety rules from the manufacturer and the company, using provided machine guards and protective gear.
- Operate machines safely, using required machine guards and protective gear.
- Produce top-quality products that meet strict standards and deadlines, following provided work instructions closely.
- Ensure products meet specifications and promptly inform the Production Supervisor of any worn or damaged tools.
- Complete assigned paperwork carefully, ensuring all important details are included following thorough work instructions.
