About The Position
Inspired Homecare is seeking Home Health Occupational Therapists for immediate openings on a part-time, per diem basis. The role provides in-home occupational therapy services, including evaluations, assessments, and personalized treatment plans. Therapists work with patients and their families to provide compassionate care tailored to patients’ needs and goals. Therapists visit patients in their homes and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive, coordinated care. Scheduling is flexible and based on therapist availability, with therapists able to create their own schedules. The position involves traveling to different locations throughout the day and adapting to varied home environments.
Requirements
- Experience working in home health.
- Familiarity with an EMR system, specifically WS Kinnser.
- Flexibility to travel to different locations throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home occupational therapy services.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments.
- Develop personalized treatment plans.
- Work with patients and their families to address patients’ needs and goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Travel to patients’ homes at different locations throughout the day.
