About The Position
Cypress Ridge is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join its in-house rehabilitation team at a Medicare-certified short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility in Monterey, California. New graduates are welcome. The facility offers a collaborative team, two spacious therapy gyms with ocean views, and state-of-the-art equipment, including ACP equipment, OmniVersa, and Omni Virtual Reality. Flexible scheduling is available to support work–life balance. The starting rate is $56–$60 per hour. Full-time employees are offered medical, dental, and vision insurance and a 401(k) retirement plan. Requirements
- Hold an active and valid Occupational Therapist license.

Responsibilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans and obtain physician approval.
- Provide occupational therapy services according to physician orders.
- Assist the nursing department by training Restorative Aides.
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants in accordance with state practice regulations.
