Occupational Therapist

Stern At Home TherapyPoughkeepsie, NY
$55 - $85Remote

About The Position

Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health | Poughkeepsie, NY | Part-Time | $55–$85/Visit. Are you a licensed OT looking for flexible, well-paying part-time work — without the clinic politics, double-booking, or productivity pressure? Stern at Home Therapy is hiring a part-time Occupational Therapist to deliver one-on-one care in patients' homes across Poughkeepsie and the greater Dutchess County area, NY. We're a home therapy practice built around a simple belief: clinicians do their best work when they have real autonomy. Our OTs set their own schedules, treat one patient at a time, and have a dedicated admin team behind them handling the logistics. Whether you want a steady part-time caseload or true PRN flexibility, we've built this role to fit your life — not the other way around. You'll evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric population in their homes across Poughkeepsie, Hyde Park, Wappingers Falls, Fishkill, and surrounding Dutchess County communities, creating and executing your own individualized treatment plans with full clinical autonomy. A dedicated admin team manages scheduling, documentation support, and coordination — you focus on the patient in front of you. Shadowing is available if you're newer to home health or just want to see the model before committing. Our Stern Scheduling Assurance Plan backs up our promise to keep your caseload full: if we can't fill your schedule and can't replace a cancellation, you get paid for up to 2 cancellations per month.
