About The Position

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered neurological rehabilitation in patients’ homes and communities in Lubbock, Texas, and surrounding areas. The organization treats traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neurological or complex orthopedic diagnoses. Its interdisciplinary teams develop integrated treatment plans and use creative, evidence-based activities to address functional goals and support durable outcomes. Therapists work one-on-one with patients across the continuum, from severe brain injury through job readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• State licensure.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.

Nice To Haves

• Professional certification or a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience treating neurologically related disorders.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat impairments involving upper-extremity function, activities of daily living (ADLs), and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).
• Evaluate and treat visual and perceptual skills and cognitive needs.
• Evaluate and address adaptive equipment and assistive technology needs.
