About The Position

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered neurological rehabilitation in Fort Worth, Texas, and surrounding areas. The organization treats traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neurological or complex orthopedic diagnoses in patients’ homes and communities. Interdisciplinary teams develop integrated treatment plans that therapists practice with patients in these functional settings. Treatment is individualized, evidence-based, and designed to support durable outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.

Nice To Haves

• Professional certification or a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience treating neurologically related disorders.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat impairments involving upper-extremity function, activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs, adaptive equipment needs, and assistive technology needs.
