About The Position
Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered neurological rehabilitation in patients’ homes and communities in Denver, Colorado, and surrounding areas. The organization treats traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neurological or complex orthopedic diagnoses. Therapists work one-on-one with patients as part of interdisciplinary teams that develop integrated treatment plans and use creative, evidence-based activities to address functional goals and support durable outcomes. Services are individualized for patients across the continuum, from severe brain injury through job readiness. This is a PRN position.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- State licensure.
- Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and coworkers.
Nice To Haves
- Professional certification or a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Experience treating neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat impairments involving upper-extremity function, activities of daily living (ADLs), and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).
- Evaluate and treat visual and perceptual skills and cognitive needs.
- Evaluate and address adaptive equipment and assistive technology needs.
