Requirements

  • 1 year of experience with creating, managing, and interpreting medical records.
  • Proficiency in creating, managing, and interpreting medical records.
  • Familiarity with document imaging systems and other relevant software tools.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • A commitment to integrity and a customer-focused approach.
  • Must successfully pass a criminal history fingerprint background investigation, DMV record check, Child Registry search, drug screening test and employment reference checks.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining comprehensive records of patient care.
  • Compiling, reviewing, and scanning documentation related to patients’ conditions, treatments, and health outcomes into an efficient document imaging system.
