About The Position

Requirements

• Hold an active CMA certification or LPN license in Minnesota.
• Have strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Be detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused.

Nice To Haves

• Dermatology experience is preferred, though the clinic is willing to train the right candidate.
• Dermatology or surgical experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and assist providers during appointments.
• Prepare exam rooms and assist with dermatologic procedures, including biopsies, excisions, and surgeries.
• Perform patient intake, take vitals, and document medical histories.
• Assist with wound care, suture removal, and post-procedure education.
• Handle prior authorizations and assist with prescriptions as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment.
• Support front desk or team needs as needed.
