About The Position

Beautiful You Dermatology is a growing, patient-centered dermatology clinic in Big Lake, Minnesota. The clinic is seeking a part-time Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its supportive, close-knit team. This is an in-clinic position for 20 hours per week. Dermatology experience is preferred, but the clinic is willing to train the right candidate. The scheduled days and hours are Monday and Thursday from 7:30 to 4:00 and Friday from 8:00 to 12:00, with potential for more hours over time. Compensation is $26–$32 per hour based on experience.

Requirements

• Hold an active CMA certification or LPN license in Minnesota.
• Have strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Be detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused.

Nice To Haves

• Dermatology experience is preferred, though the clinic is willing to train the right candidate.
• Dermatology or surgical experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and assist providers during appointments.
• Prepare exam rooms and assist with dermatologic procedures, including biopsies, excisions, and surgeries.
• Perform patient intake, take vitals, and document medical histories.
• Assist with wound care, suture removal, and post-procedure education.
• Handle prior authorizations and assist with prescriptions as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment.
• Support front desk or team needs as needed.
