About The Position

Sunstate Equipment Company is building a talent pipeline for future openings for Heavy Equipment Mechanics (all levels) and CDL Drivers (Class A, Class B). This is a full-time pipeline opportunity, with multiple locations across 16 states. The pay ranges from $18 - $30+ hourly, depending on the role and experience. Responsibilities

  • Service, Diagnose, and Repair heavy equipment, ensuring proper operation
  • Perform routine tests, service, and inspections to ensure equipment is ready to rent
  • Maintain a safe working environment
  • Participate in training to ensure compliance with standards
  • Load, unload, and transport equipment to/from customer jobsites
  • Ensure on-time delivery, securing customer delivery confirmation signature on paperwork
  • Maintain customer relations by consistently being courteous, professional, and positive
  • Maintain a safe working environment by following all driving laws, jobsite regulations, and wearing designated PPE
