About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring a full-time, experienced Auto Mechanic / Automotive Technician in the Jupiter, Florida area. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing vehicles, performing regular maintenance, and providing fast, friendly, professional customer service. Technicians explain repair options clearly, complete agreed-upon work, and help customers feel valued.

Compensation is a non-flat-rate hourly wage of $18–$24, depending on experience and certifications, plus commissions paid every two weeks. Commissions range from $400 to $1,400 and are based on store-level automotive repair net sales. Hourly pay and commissions may result in annual compensation above $100,000. Employees may also receive one-time $500 bonuses for certifications earned while employed.

The position offers a five-day work week. Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Current AATI or ASE certifications.
• Valid driver's license.
• Brake work experience.
• Must have own tools.
• Honesty and reliability.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Service-oriented approach and attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Ability to explain technical information in layman's terms.

Responsibilities
