About The Position

Berke is seeking a passionate and driven individual to drive and own demand generation at their small but growing company in Atlanta, Ga. This is both a strategic and tactical marketing role. The specialist will define and own the overall marketing strategy, and take charge of the blog, social engagement, branding and creative initiatives, PPC and SEO campaigns, email marketing program, content development and distribution, website initiatives, and any other innovative programs to generate demand for Berke's products. This is an opportunity to be the marketing voice of a successful company and to join a team that welcomes ideas and suggestions. It is a great opportunity for a marketer who has reported to a more senior marketer but is now ready to "own" the marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • Between 3 and 6 years of experience in various marketing roles with continued advancement.
  • Hunger to learn and to get outside of your knowledge comfort-zone.
  • Extreme initiative; ability to take charge and get things done.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar field.
  • Creativity and attention to detail; understanding of design.
  • Exceptional writing skills; ability to be a storyteller.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to research, analyze data, synthesize information, and make data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Experience executing a lead generation strategy for a business-to-business company or client.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Salesforce, Email Marketing Systems, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ad Manager, LinkedIn Advertising, SEMrush, Moz, Photoshop, and WordPress.
  • Skills such as marketing strategy, brand development, inbound marketing, sales funnel optimization, community building, content strategy and creation, email marketing, sponsorship campaigns, social media marketing, SEO, PPC, display advertising, remarketing, web design, and A/B testing.
