About The Position
CTG is seeking to fill a Direct Marketing Campaign Manager opening for our client. Location: Remote Duration: 12 months Overview: Lead the planning, design, and execution of direct marketing campaigns across mail, email, statements, and other 1-to-1 channels. This role drives omni-channel campaign coordination and works closely with business partners, analytics teams, and vendors to maximize campaign effectiveness across Retail, Lending, Business Banking, Wealth, and Commercial lines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 5+ years of direct marketing campaign management in client or agency environments
- Expertise in acquisition, lending, and onboarding direct mail campaigns
- Strong skills in strategy, testing, execution, and partner management
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute direct marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Influence business lines to test new offers and channels.
- Present campaign results, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Manage planning, budgeting, and execution of direct mail, statements, and targeted campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
- Partner with analytics teams to measure campaign performance and optimize results.
- Ensure brand consistency across all direct marketing channels.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and campaign deliverables.
