About The Position

Requirements

• A high school degree or equivalent
• A minimum of one-year administrative assistant experience
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
• Must be able to work on multiple assignments
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and written skills are necessary
• Willing to work offsite and weekends if requested

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English/Spanish highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Distribute advertising and marketing collateral material to branches.
• Assist Marketing Manager with promotions and campaigns.
• Assist with special projects and events.
• Answer Marketing phone calls as needed.
• Maintain specialty items inventory.
• Maintain marketing collateral inventory and inform Marketing Manager when stock is low.
• Maintain office supply inventory for Marketing Department.
• Conduct market research to assess competitiveness.
• Proofread Marketing materials.
• Have flexibility to work weekends and evenings for special events.
• Perform other duties, tasks and special assignments as assigned.
