Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2–4+ years of industrial equipment maintenance experience required.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Ability to lift equipment and remain active throughout the shift.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical or vocational training in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience maintaining sheet metal fabrication equipment or similar manufacturing equipment strongly preferred.
  • PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance on sheet metal fabrication equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Diagnose equipment issues and complete timely repairs to minimize production downtime.
  • Inspect machinery for wear, damage, and safety concerns.
  • Maintain maintenance logs, repair records, and spare parts inventory.
  • Recommend equipment improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.
  • Train machine operators on basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with production teams to support daily operations.
  • Coordinate with equipment vendors for specialized repairs and replacement parts.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance standards.
